Products

Our products are made in small batches, so colour, texture and taste can vary slightly from batch to batch. Photos and drawings on the site show what the product is like; the pack you receive may look a little different.

Please read the ingredients on each product page and on the label before eating, especially if you have a food allergy. Store each product as its label says and use it before its best-before date.

We may change recipes, pack sizes or packaging, or stop selling a product.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout, including any delivery charge.

Payment is taken in full when you order, through Razorpay. Your order is confirmed once the payment succeeds.

We may change prices at any time. A change does not affect orders that are already paid for.

Orders

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price on the site was clearly wrong, or we cannot deliver to the address. If we do, we refund the full amount.

Delivery, refunds and privacy

Delivery is covered by our shipping policy, replacements, refunds and cancellations by our refund and cancellation policy, and your information by our privacy policy. They are part of these terms.

Your account

Please keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.

Our content

The text, drawings, photos and brand on this site belong to Konaseema Kobbari Kottu. Please do not copy them for commercial use without asking us.

Liability

If something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is limited to replacing the item or refunding what you paid for it. This does not limit any rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute cannot be settled by talking to us first, it will be handled by the courts at Rajahmundry (Rajamahendravaram), Andhra Pradesh.

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
