What we collect

When you order: your name, phone number, email address and delivery address, and what you bought.

When you sign in: your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.

When you browse: how the site is used, such as which pages are visited, through Google Analytics. This uses cookies.

How we use it

To deliver your order, contact you about it, show you your past orders, and answer your questions.

We use browsing information, which does not name you, to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site.

Payments

Payments are handled by Razorpay. Your card, UPI and bank details go directly to Razorpay and are never seen or stored by us. We receive only a confirmation that you have paid.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the shop: the courier, who receives your name, phone number and address to deliver; Razorpay, for payment; and Google, which hosts the site and its data and provides sign-in and analytics.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as the law requires for accounts and tax. Your account stays until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account, by emailing support@kokoko.shop.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The shop still works without analytics cookies.

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date above.
