Where we deliver

We deliver to every valid pincode in India.

Kobbari laddoos are delivered only within Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, so they stay fresh on the way. Coconut oil and karam podi go anywhere in India. Checkout tells you if something in your cart cannot be delivered to your pincode.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on orders above ₹1,099. Orders of ₹1,099 or less have a flat delivery charge of ₹149.

The delivery charge is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

How long it takes

Orders usually arrive in 3–7 business days from the day you pay. We usually pack and dispatch within 1–2 business days; the rest is time with the courier.

Holidays, weather and remote pincodes can add a few days. If your order is running late, email us and we will find out where it is.

Your address

Please check your address, pincode and phone number at checkout. The courier may call that number to deliver.

If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or the order was refused, we will contact you to send it again. The ₹149 delivery charge applies to the second delivery. If we cannot reach you within 7 days, we refund the order minus ₹149.

If the courier made a mistake, we send it again free.
